Cats kill me. They really do. And the fact that Grayson (the gray and white one) and Cal (the golden one) get along so well together just tickles me. Even when they are batting clawed paws at each other and "play fighting," or chasing and toppling each other through the house. I know they are just being buddy besties and having a good time. They really do get along well, and they always seem to be together in some capacity or another. We really love these guys and not a day goes by that Grayson and Cal do not give us great joy. It is so much fun to watch them interact with each other. And I am glad they are buddies and clearly not rivals.

I love cats, I am glad that I adopted this abandoned cat, he is such a sweet boy and his best friend is the ginger cat of my neighbors. This is my cute boy Gevi.

@LadyDuck I hate when pets are abandoned. They deserve so much love. At the same time, it is always nice to see one plucked from the trenches and brought into warm, loving homes.

It seems like our two other cats (both gone now), Sneaky and Theus didn't get along as well. But we could tell they still "loved" each other. Just in a different way.

I remember for a long time after Sneaky first, and then Theus left us, we swore we would not have pets again. Then Grayson came along, and Cal of course, and now I can't think of NOT having them around.

@BabeSays We did run across a paradactyl cat, which is basically a six-toed cat, that was just button cute shortly after the last one, Theus, passed. But we didn't take him home, although we ALMOST did. I hope it found a good home even if it wasn't ours.

We had two before them that unfortunately passed away, and we said we'd never have more pets. But here these two are. Sometimes life just comes at you, and you go with it. lol

They really do. The ONLY thing I hate about pets is that we always tend to outlive them, and we always have to say goodbye to them at some point. I hope that is a LOOONNNGGG way away for these guys.

Cat's can be a real hoot when they are playing but they can also be destructive as well too. I use to have cats & a lot of them at 1 time & they would always find their way into the house to destroy my kitchen looking for something to eat & that's why I don't have cats any more.

Sneaky and Theus, the first two we had together, got along less well than Grayson and Cal do. They fought and kept their distances more than hung out together.

I really like kitties a lot...but they kick allergies in so bad. I end up sneezing and with watery eyes if I am in a house for too long with kitties.

@porwest If I know ahead that someone has a cat or two, I make sure that I take my allergy meds right before I go there!
