For Christmas this last year I got my stepmom an advent calendar of seeds (she’s an avid gardener). She sent me pictures the other day of some of the results. I thought they looked so pretty. I’ll post the other one she sent some other time. I think this is probably her favorite gift I’ve bought her. I had to give it to her a little early since it was an advent calendar, but she was happy. I try to get one for each family member, and an occasional friend.
Anyone have some pictures to share? Or a simple, but favorite gift?

@AmbiePam I don't remember you killing plants but I'm sure they're grateful you don't try to grow them anymore.
You're welcome.

@DaddyEvil I only deal with plants unfortunately given to me. I was so proud when I kept an aloe Vera plant alive for 7 years.

That was sweet of her to send you picture.
I can only imagine how much she loved that gift being an avid gardener, you gave her a gift to be used, grown and enjoyed.
I gave the girls a little story book with M&M's in it for Christmas last year, like the life savers book, Harper loved it so much.

She has a wonderful garden! I like what I gave my brother for Christmas, probably the best thing I have ever given him. I got a bird feeder that fastens to the window with suction cups. The birds love it, and so do the squirrels. He is all the time writing and telling me about the latest escapades at his living room window.

@AmbiePam She liked the cat lawn ornament I got, but I had no idea it was that small when I saw it in person it looked like a kitten. I paid a lot of money for that thing.

My aunt gifted me a BTS book because she knows I am an avid fan. She's so sweet. and to think that the book was available at Walmart in the States is also a wonder in itself. It costs more than a thousand pesos here, but there in the US it was cheaper.
I have never owned any BTS merchandise, so I will never forget her generosity.

It sounds as if you hit on a perfect gift for her...now you can get it for her again sometime. She must have a green thumb! But that's a nice gift to give, Amber.
