8/27/25 - Meals

It rained most of the day here and is still raining now. It's supposed to rain/storm all day. Our high is only supposed to reach 65F by late this afternoon. There is a flood warning for my area today, as well. I hope your dental appointment goes well. Good luck with it! I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast yesterday, ate a slice of bread for lunch (which made my tummy upset) and didn't eat anything for supper. I slept off and on until around 2 am and then came online.

I hope that the dental appointment went well for you. Yesterday I had part of a blueberry waffle with butter on it for breakfast as well as a little yogurt. We had a hot dog on the beach and a chicken club sandwich at a restaurant for supper.

So nice you have wonderful cousins like that. I’m eating blueberry muffins now myself

I am sure getting that tooth fixed will be a relief.

Hope the dentist does what you want. Glad you are able to catch some sleep. That Powerball keeps bugging me. I may have to buy a ticket.

It is the end of the month I have nothing extra to spend, If you win could you see it in your heart to give me a few dollars More marinated fried chicken fingers, I put tater tots in my electric skillet with oil and they fry dark brown on all sides and then add the chicken fingers and everything comes out so delicious,

I do love a good plum. It reminds me I haven’t had one in ages. I’m at the doctor right now, and I plan to have something when I get home. Yesterday, I had a piece of meatloaf, a bowl of fruit, and some mashed potatoes. It was very good.

I hope your dentist appointment goes well today. We have a lot of rain here, but I like this nice temperature now.

Good luck with your dentist appointment today and hope it goes smoothly. Getting a lottery ticket certainly is tempting. Last night we had one of our favorite meals....spaghetti with breaded and air fried eggplant cutlets.

That $950 million is really enticing, and I bet it jumps to over a billion before the next drawing. I mean, it was $815 million at the start of the last drawing and by the time the drawing was held last night it jumped to $861 million. It's always fun when it gets this high even if I have virtually no chance of winning. Fun to dream though, and you can bet I will have tickets in hand. For dinner I used up the last of the Chinese food rice we had and made it into a casserole with chicken, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onions, green pepper, peas, a few seasonings and melted cheese on top. It was actually very good.

Again, that'd be so nice to win... Hope your dentist appointment goes well. Doesn't sound fun.

I haven't checked my tickets yet. I was hoping to win.
