Here's the view down the road from in front of my cabin. I took this right as I was leaving. It mostly rained while I was there. I am "developing" some photos of the work I did on the cabin. I may do some"cereal posting"over the next few days.

I harvested the log during a break in the rain. Some of the other work was done under a light rain. When it poured, I went inside and played my guitar.

@TheHorse Your cabin brings me back to the hard days when we lived in Northern Idaho. The big but here: we were young and full of dumb enthusiasm then. We had no running water or electricity.

There are some cabins within a couple of hundred yards of ours. The closest house is maybe a half a mile down the road.

There are black bears roaming our mountains, but I did not see any.

@TheHorse We had to keep our trash can in the garage or bears would get into it. One neighbor refused to do that and he was fined. I like to see them, but from a distance!
