The PowerBall jackpot is up to $1.8 billion. Cousin #2 and I are splitting 5 tickets.
Called cousin #3 yesterday and received no response. I don't know if she's coming this morning (9/6) or not.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Stuffed shells, corn, Lima beans, roll
Dessert/Snack - Blueberry muffin
Dinner - Chicken/Muenster sandwich, BBQ chips, peach yogurt

That’s a crazy amount of money to win. I think I’d be overwhelmed. We have lotteries over here that get to around £200m, but the chances of winning are so slim, I don’t bother buying a ticket. Good luck!

@LindaOHio There are so many worthwhile charities that I wouldn’t know which to choose. I’d rather the jackpots were limited to say, 1 million, and give the rest to a selection of vetted charities. Many charities here seem to be set up simply to give the CEOs of them large salaries. I’m against that. Cancer is a terrible disease and especially so when they affect children. Your chosen charity sounds a good choice.

Thanks. There's so much good you could do with that kind of money. We have St. Jude Research Hospital for Children. Cancer research is done there; and the parents that are there for their children don't receive a bill for treatment, lodging or food. It's an amazing place; and I would donate at least a million there.

Friday is chicken and cheese-stuffed baked potato day. Cheesy rice and a cheese sammich for dinner. Fake sorbet, fiber, and yogurt!

I am glad the huge jack pot is a thing of the past. It's too nerve wracking. I want to buy a ticket but I know I won't win. I either need some luck or a more positive attitude. Or both.

Just an amazing amount of money. If I win, of course I'd want it all to myself. But it would be nice to see a couple of winners from such a big pool, but we will see. Drawing's tonight.
For dinner we decided to treat ourselves and ordered a pizza from Pizza World. A delicious, extra-large thin crust with sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers and black olives. It was way past due.
