Time for another amusing sign. This one was in the Wyalkatchem Museum in Western Australia. One of the staff there must have a good sense of humour as there were a few funny signs around the place. Obviously, they’re not too sure of the purpose of this gadget.

Well, if they did not guess it right, no one knows, so it's good.

Vince and his brother thought it was probably so but perhaps they were guessing too.

@JudyEv I thought MAYBE a spark plug gapper...but I've never seen one like that. It's probably a correct guess they made.

Maybe it is only used in a certain profession.

@JudyEv I can only imagine that or that they are for certain functions that we no longer perform now.

It does. I can imagine that would be a nice place to work. Probably most of the helpers there are volunteers.

Hahahahah! That is so funny to be in a place with a human touch, warm and funny, not with just formality.

@JudyEv I love the current events stories behind the historical frames and story of my teacher when we were in college and we laugh so much about it. I hope they will have the same humor for kids to learn things in museum in a fun way.

With a name like Wyalkatchem, you cannot blame them for trying to "catchem" with a few laughs.
