Yesterday a had the visit of another realtor.

Hello friends.
Humberto´s realtor came yesterday. He took pictures of the house although it was not in the order I wished. But Anita will come on Wednesday so I´ll just wait to see what happens.
I told him that I wanted to sell the house before I died. I made my point by walking around with my cane. But if the truth be said, I do need the money soon. I have money enough to live well for a couple of years but not to look for a wonderful Senior Home if I don´t.
We´ll see what happens with this new person.

@marguicha That's not dumb. Your main investment should be in your home and the furniture in it.
Your "budget" still allows you to buy groceries when you want and still enables you to go out to eat and pay for friends to go with you. That's more than enough for most people.
