At what hour do you generally go to bed?

When I was actively teaching at DVC, I would grade papers until I passed out, usually at about 11 PM. At this point, I usually pass out by 9 PM. At what point in the evening do you usually "call it a day"?. .

@DaddyEvil Do we read it as "DE's system is attuned to night shift, or can we say Day Shift of India!! " I assume Trump won't like it and slap some Tariffs on you!!

@TheHorse Me too, just on those days I sleep most of the day. People say you wasted a whole day, I say nah, just got my brains back. That's the next best part sleeping the whole day,,wake up watch some sports, try to watch a flick and just fall right back to sleep. its great, so peaceful.

For me, it gets till Midnight. Occasionally up till 12.45 in the night. I know it is not the best but somehow I think my orientation is more towards "Night Owl" domain than an Early Morning Bird !!

10 pm at the latest is when I'm getting ready to navigate the stairs for bed. Often I write for a while before I shut off for the day. I have to get up in the morning to pill and feed cats so I don't sleep in very late,

Kitty has been jumping in bed with me recently, right next to my face, and demanding a purr fest. At about 7 AM. My day starts then.

These days I go to bed anywhere between 7 and 9pm. The alarm goes off at 5:30am and I need my sleep. When I have the next day off who the hell knows. I went to bed early last night but now I'm wide awake at almost 1am. The good news is that I don't have anywhere to be tomorrow so I can sleep late.

My alarm is the sun. Or at least "light." My apartment faces East.

No matter what time I go to bed it’s a crapshoot. I never know when and if son will be up so there’s that…and sometimes I nap when he does.

I try to go to bed at nine p.m., though sometimes I wind up going later because I'm not watching the clock.

9 PM sounds like a reasonable time. Sometimes I "crash and burn" earlier.

We usually watch a movie after dinner and by 9 PM we go to bed. I read for half an hour and then I sleep until 5 in the morning.

All very much depends on week night or weekend. At work or not. Generally I am a night owl so I would stay up til at least 2am.

Whenever I am tired, I might read up to about 11 PM in bed. My body has decided to keep at the old time. My LED clock by my bed I never change so when I get up at 8 AM as usual, I know it is only 7 but my body has had enough sleep.

Much to the dismay of my cat and dog (who try to get me to go to bed around 9:00 PM), I don't think I ever "call it a night." I'll sit down to watch a little TV at night and pass out on the couch. The other day, a barometric pressure-caused sinus headache had me in bed at noon, and I stayed there until 7:00 AM.
