Some bad news I found out yesterday, a good friend has passed away.
. This was the guy I knew that had Alzheimers. I wanted to see him last year as he was living with someone else I knew..a neighbor of friends, but since his girlfriend was there, I didn't get to see him. I did leave a box of chocolates for the two of them to share though as they got my snowblower working..well it was, when I got home it wouldn't start..
. Anyway, Peter was a really nice guy, and was always willing to help. Details are scarce. I will send a sympathy card to his girlfriend though. I doubt there wil be a funeral.

I hope so. I don't think everyone liked him, but I presume most did. He had a complicated life.

Well he was in a nursing home. Friend has seen him recently, he didn't mention he was in decline.

Thanks, it wasn't a very good weekend, and seems as if it is continuing. The rest of the day was decent though really. for the most part.
