Wheee! My MRI is today.

I have an MRI on my left knee scheduled for this afternoon. It's a bit odd that I hope they find something. If they don't, then it can't be fixed. I gonna hit the grocery store now and settle in for some MyLotting (and maybe work on my book) until it warms up a bit. It's still in the 40s F right now. How is your day shaping up? Wish me big happy joy this afternoon.

I hope you have fun at the doctor's office and whatever is wrong with your knee can be fixed. Good luck! We're at 54F (That's our high for today.) and it's raining. I'm still wearing jean shorts, a tank top and sandals but will have to make the switch to full jeans, tennis shoes and a real shirt if we go out another day this week. We're supposed to see 22F as a low tonight with the possibility of snow/icy rain later in the day/overnight. NOT looking forward to that! We still haven't finished our grocery shopping and really need to do that.

I wore flip flops to the grocery store. But I did have my long pants on.

@TheHorse My brother came and took Pretty shopping but they didn't tell me. I started hunting for her when I needed help with something. After they got home with groceries, I tried on the jeans in my closet and was happy to find several pair that fit me since I've been losing weight. When I switch to long pants, I switch to tennis shoes, too. My feeties get cold pretty easy outside.

We just had lunch with a friend who has to have two MRIs. They have to be done a day apart otherwise Medicare will only pay for one. Strange rules it seems to me.

@JudyEv Here in the US, many are getting such huge bills for medical insurance now, it's nuts. No one really knows what's going to happen if people cannot pay for their health insurance.

Judy, I hear of this happening all the time. Seems weird for sure, but insurance is weird.

It's cold in my city and chill is making me slow. I find it difficult to manage time.

I do hope they find something that can be fixed. I know when pain is in every step, it’s just hard.

Ohhh, how'd it go? I hope your knee can be fixed no matter what the MRI says. I PT'd my left knee myself . . . it took a long time to figure it out. It's not 100% but at least I'm not in pain anymore and I can go up and down stairs no problem now. But I know it'll be lifetime maintenance. Hope you get some good news .
