The longest night and the shortest day. Thank heavens for that cuz then the days get longer which is what I love. I almost posted a video by Robert Plant called Minute by Minute, I'm not much of a Led Zepplin fan but I did like this tune for sure, look it up if ya wanna hear it. Oh, Merry Christmas Mylot friends, hope all of you will be happy, healthy and above all safe.

Ahh, the winter solstice. I have mixed feelings about it, I will be glad the days start getting a bit lighter in the evening..but it reminds me that it will all too soon be too hot again.

I cannot wait to have longer days, it is so dark in the morning. We are receiving friends on Sunday 21st and we will be alone for Christmas. I wish you happy holidays.
