Need your opinion on a birthday present….

What on earth do you get someone who can buy a lot of what they want already, and you’re kind of broke? My sister doesn’t even like candles (mouth drops, lol). So, I have to give her something I got for free. I’m thinking what I have pictured: a Magnetic Tablet Pillow Stand that holds iPads, Kindles, iPhones, and has 3 magnetic rings. Remember, I can’t buy her anything, there is no money for that. So is this good? Or should I go for a pair of earrings I got for free? I know she doesn’t have this stand because I asked her husband. I asked him what she’d like better, and he unhelpfully said, either. What do you think?

I think the tablet stand would be fine for her... But she might like the earrings instead.

Sometimes people get picky about their jewelry, that is why I think the tablet stand is more perfect.

@GardenGerty I was just trying to tease @AmbiePam. I do think the tablet stand is the better present in this case.

The stand is practical and holds technology - that's pretty cool - I say go for that! Earrings are a safe choice I guess, but the stand kinda looks like "more" .

I am sure she would like this one, may be more than the earrings, she surely already has earrings.

If you give her the tablet stand you don't have to worry about what kind of metal she can't wear, etc.

Does she use her tablet or kindle a lot? Because this would be perfect if she did. I love this thing. I saw one on one of the review websites and missed it. Could you give her both? lol

I think the stand sounds like a good gift. She'll hopefully enjoy it. Gift giving can be hard. I never know what to give Dale. He doesn't need anything and he's blessed to have most of what he wants.

Those magnetic tablet stands are very popular so my choice would be that especially if she doesn't have one. I'm sure she isn't expecting anything (just your sisterly love)

I’d go with the magnetic stand thing. It’s practical and actually useful. Everyone has a device or gadget these days, so there’s a good chance she’ll get real use out of it instead of it just sitting around.

The tablet thing sounds great to me. That’s a good gift. It’s not what you spend on a gift so much as the feelings that you love her and want to celebrate her. It’s all good!!
