@DaddyEvil He does. He has toys here and gets treats (His dad gives him treats too) and he likes my couch and hopefully he likes me too.

Thank you. To be honest he is more than I can handle at times. If I take him outside and another dog comes by then I am in trouble. He loves to play with dogs and I wouldn't be able to hold him back if I had him on a leash. We did solve the problem for when he needs to go to the bathroom. Carl hooked two strong leashes together and tied big knot in the end that I would normally hold. I put that leash under my door and slide it over as far as I can. That way he is confined a little better.

@velvet53 I like that solution about the leash. Does poochie know any commands? Like sit and stay? Moxe is 45 pounds of excitement and yes, more than I can handle sometimes. Today I stopped being lazy. I had her practice a sit! and stay!!!! She made it to 5 seconds. We did that twice. Rufus knows the ropes but Moxe is determined to be "forever young."

@sallypup Dogs do have a mind of their own. Yes Buck knows some commands. He sits, lays down, shakes and comes on command. Carl is teaching him hand signals now.

@celticeagle Yes it is. Some kids are afraid of him until one of us shows them that Buck won't hurt them. Then they want to stay and play with him. I am glad that he is good with kids. Maybe it is because they are closer to his level. But he is just good with all people.

I think he is handsome too. I was surprised when he first met my granddaughter when she was little. He did very well with her.

@LadyDuck I do too. But it doesn't always work out that way. I haave friends that hs cats and dogs and they do well together.

He is a sweetheart.That makes sense about cats and dogs.

@velvet53 - I like to see cats and dogs being friends.

@velvet53 Gallbladder & pancreas attack that almost took me out twice with it, I was in the hosp, for 6 mons, here is a video I did about everything I went through.

His eyes do track attention. He's sleeping on my couch right now. I put a sheet down on the couch for him cause the couch can get pretty warm.
