42 days until spring. Mother Nature was just teasing us. It will be 40 degrees on Tuesday; but then it's getting cold again.
I went to my kidney stone doctor appointment yesterday. As I feared, I must have surgeries. 2 pre-admission appointments and 2 surgeries. The doctor told me there was no hurry; but they went ahead and scheduled me for surgery in March. I have 3 other appointments that month; and I will call and cancel the surgery for now. Also, he works out of a facility quite a distance away. I'm going to try to find someone who works out of our local hospital.
Don't forget...opening ceremonies for the Olympics today.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Ham, scalloped potatoes, mixed veggies, peaches
Dessert/Snack - Nature's Bakery Brownie, low salt nuts, 70% dark chocolate
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, poppables, fruit

@LindaOHio - As Milan is not already always crowded with a horrible car traffic.

@LadyDuck Thank you. I was hoping that since the stones aren't bothering me that surgery wouldn't be necessary; but that's not the case. Sigh.

I hope you can find a place closer to home to have your surgeries done. Two surgeries isn't fun.
I remember years ago I was living in Craig and I had to have a surgery done. They wanted to send me to Grand Junction. I wasn't happy about that and they finally found a surgeon in Craig that could do the surgery. He found another surgeon to help him with the surgery.
Let's see, I had cereal for breakfast, macaroni and cheese for lunch and smoked sausage with fried potatoes for supper.

@LindaOHio I do hope one of them does. It is so much easier to have it done in your own town. You will save driving time and gas money. Plus you will be closer to family and friends.

Stayed home for my Amazon delivery, so I had BBQ beef & potatoes Healthy Choice for lunch and Boca burgers and chicken veggie soup for dinner. Yogurt and fiber and applesauce!

@LindaOHio — the Boca burgers don’t have onions in them. I’d love to have another one that is a real veggie burger and not a soy patty with flavoring. (Had a bite of one at a restaurant in Chicago…real veggie burger, you could see pieces of cauliflower in the texture!!)

No breakfast yesterday. I know I ate some cashews and a bite size Butterfinger at late lunch and ate some chicken taquitos for supper last night.

@LindaOHio I asked for some pecans but the store didn't have any when Pretty went shopping. We'll pick up our car from the garage in the morning and go shopping. We need eggs and I'll see if I can find some pecans then. (Pretty will look but if the brand I've asked for aren't there, she won't buy any other brand for me. 
Sometimes that's a good thing but other times it's annoying, especially when there is NO difference when you're buying something like nuts that are only roasted and salted.)

I want to watch the Olympics. Unfortunately I don’t have NBC channel in my spectrum tv package as it’s stream tv so can’t do so. I went to the NBC Olympics app and seems unless I log in with the TV subscriber I can’t watch the stuff there. It won’t work though as my tv package doesn’t have NBC.

I really don't want to have to go through all that. You have to have pre-admission testing for each surgery; so that's a total of 4 appointments. Yuck.

Sorry to hear that they have decided that you need surgery. Please don’t put it off for too long though , if it needs to be done it can only get worse if left …..

This has certainly been one severely cold winter! Good luck with the surgeries, hope everything goes well.
I had a ham, cheese and pepperoni calzone I bought at the grocery store for dinner. Always tasty.

I'm going to try to find a doctor/surgeon who works out of the hospital that is close to me. I'm in no pain at the moment.

Spring is definitely getting closer. We haven’t had much cold weather here, but it has been very wet and dull for weeks. I’m not a great fan of the sun, but I do like to see sunrises and sunsets. No such luck atm. 
I’m not interested in the Winter Olympics, so I won’t be watching.
