ER Update

So I’m finally out of the ER. It WAS low magnesium, but not nearly as bad as last September. Which I could tell because this time I wasn’t clammy and holding on to people to stay upright. Last time it was a 1.1, and it is supposed to be 1.9. This time it was 1.6. Not too bad. I took magnesium all week trying to get it up, but apparently, you have to have a big dose all at once to get rid of the problem. In September it took 2 days to get back to normal, but I’m hoping it is a shorter time of recovery this go around. I don’t like not being able to get up and get around.

@DaddyEvil I think you’re right. I got out of the habit the last time I finished a bottle, but I won’t be doing that again.

I told you Pretty still has to take magnesium and iron or hers gets too low... You might have to do that, too.
