Yesterday, the 18th of February, was my 48th birth anniversary. Yes, I turned a year older again!
Time flies but mentally, I'm still in my 30s. Physically? Still in my 30s. Still skinny as I used to, but not underweight.
Wrinkles? Where? I don't see any. Some old folks who saw me two days ago after more than a decade told me I still looked the same. They were probably lying!

Belated Happy Birthday. I am sure that those who said that you still look the same do not lie. I am a lot older than you are, but mentally I am also still in my 30s and I almost see no wrinkles, only some small lines at the side of my mouth, I am guilty of smiling a lot.

I don't smile a lot. That's probably why I don't have lines around my mouth. We are forever young anyway.

@LadyDuck Good genes, eating healthy food, and exercise help a lot.
I love the sun and I sunbathe quite a lot as a kid and even in my early 40s. I love the outdoors a lot from swimming to cycling. But I have quit cycling when I became busy with crochet and I developed a tennis elbow.

@toniganzon - Those around my mouth are the only small lines. Even my niece told me that my face always looks the same as the one of a young girl.

I thought today was the 18th. I can still remember being in my 30s. A fun time in my life. I am lucky to have no wrinkles too. Thank you heredity. Keep on doing what you are doing.

Than you Amber. I don't really celebrate my birthday coz it's the last day I saw my parents alive when I turned 13. I am grateful that I was born on that day and for my life, but at the same time sad remembering the last day I spent with my parents.

@toniganzon When I was almost 21 and came to Germany with my husband, my mother-in-law scolded her son for marrying a 12 years old girl

belated happy birthday toni. If at 48 you maintained your fit body, you have done a fabulous job. I have put on weight and as so much of work pressure is there in university, i get least time to exercise

I'm extremely busy too, no time to exercise or I use it as an excuse not to. There's always time for exercise no matter how busy we are. Just up to us to find it.
