Cousin #2 spent her first night in the house last night.
Breakfast - Granola bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Turkey, sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberry juice
Dessert/Snack - Low salt nuts, jelly beans
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, potato poppables, Bing cherries

I forgot what I had yesterday but for dinner tonight, we'll be having turkey.

We have so many onions and potatoes right now I need to do something with them. I’m making refried beans at the moment in the crockpot.

Looks like we might see some spring weather this weekend. It certainly would be nice especially since we have an icy mix falling here this morning.
We had chicken last night with rice balls and roasted cauliflower.

I had an English muffin with cinnamon and raisins, and I made chicken fajitas for dinner. Son asked for them, and it was easy and good. I ate mine as a salad.
