Is It The Coffee or Is It Me??

Happy Monday Everyone! another crazy day weather-wise. Strong storms, gusting winds and tornado warnings all on the agenda for today. So far it's just raining but this afternoon into tonight looks ominous. The forecasters are already gearing us up for pretty bad weather.
Aside from the weather I'm so tired today. I didn't sleep well due mainly that my knees hurt and I couldn't get into a comfortable position. Laying down didn't help and sitting in my recliner didn't either. So, I'm dragging today and my coffee hasn't worked.
Two nice size mugs and I feel as if I was drinking decaf. 
Can't say there's much going on. The weekend flew by as they always do and my plans for what I wanted to do today is now on tomorrows "to do" list.
Hope everyone is having a good day and that the weather isn't interfering.

Some days, a person just cannot get the coffee strong enough! Hope you get rest tonight.

Amazon doesn't have the Cheap A$$ Coffee so I've been back to my old Folgers. Somehow it is a bit lacking even though I've been drinking it for years

@MarieCoyle I wonder if Folgers changed? I had thought about getting some black silk but maybe I'll hold off if you said it didn't taste the same. Maybe the the cheap A$$ will be back at some point. I have it in my cart and keep checking occasionally. If, by any chance, you find a good coffee let me know

My daughter tried to get more of it a few weeks ago. She liked it and I did as well. Yes, it's evidently not available, darn it!
I recently had some Folger's Black Silk. It did taste different, not as good as it did. Sadly, nothing surprises me anymore.

Hey there! It is crazy here as well, weather wise. We had a tornado touch down 5 miles away from my home, thanking the Lord for protection over us!

I'm glad you're safe from the tornado. They scare the heck out of me and we don't normally get them here.
I saw your post about the new baby coming. So exciting!! Prayers for an easy delivery and I love the name Ethan (it just happens to be my grandsons name)

I'm sorry you didn't sleep well (I hate nights like that) but glad you're feeling better.
Our weather has been horrible this winter and I'm hoping the spring brings some beautiful weather.

I hope you won't need knee replacement Judy. I'm holding off as long as I can. Just the thought of having knee replacement makes me shudder

It was just gray here with sheets of rain coming down, and of course windy. Marilyn, Have you tried magnesium spray on your knees? It really helps with inflamation. My mom has severe knee pain too, and when she uses that..her nights are pain free.

I'm ready to try anything at this point. Before I do I'll have to check and make sure it doesn't interfere with the prescription meds I take for arthritis.

Usually 2 cups set me up for the day but lately it just doesn't seem to do the trick. I'm wondering if my brand of coffee has changed it's blend and cut back on the caffeine. I might have to switch to espresso

Our weather today is nuts, too. We’ve had two thunderstorms this afternoon, the sun is shining, and I hear more thunder now. It makes me happy that I dragged myself out the door to walk.
So sorry about your poor knees. It’s best to baby them today. Feel better soon

We had some pretty bad wind and storms last night. Tornado warnings and really really bad wind. My lights flickered a few times but I'm so glad we didn't lose power.
Today it's sunny but cold. I'm really hoping for some beautiful spring weather and that we don't jump right into the heat & humidity of summer.
My knees feel better today

@Marilynda1225 I saw the weather on TV for the entire east. It looked really bad in Pennsylvania and I thought of you. Losing power is awful, and so glad you didn’t lose yours. We had tornado warnings around the north part of Palm Beach County, but they eventually fizzled out and not near us. We’re in the very south of the county.
It’s cloudy, windy, and only getting to the 60s today and tomorrow, so that cold front is hitting us, too.
Everyone wants spring, but I don’t think it will be nice enough, for me at least, until the end of April.
I’m very happy your knees feel better today. It’s a shame that they cause you so much pain at times.

The weather has really done a job on my knees but at least this morning they feel better and I got a decent nights sleep.
We had a horrible storm last night and the lights flickered but at least we didn't lose power. We even got tornado warnings

We had some terrible winds and rain. I did see the lamp flicker, but no power outage. I didn't work on my best friend's diamond painting because I was afraid of the storm.

I'm sorry your knees kept you awake. Do you have any pain pills you can take? My shoulders were excruciatingly painful. I took a pain pill; and within an hour the pain was gone.
