I love eggs any which way. Depends what I’m craving for that day. Do you like your sunny side up eggs crispy or soft? And I don’t mean the yolks; I mean the whites. Some like it when the whites are fried and crispy.

I don't have a preference Lena. Siobhan said she doesn't want her eggs fertilised what ever that means

I like my eggs, like you, many ways. Fried. Scrambled. Hard boiled. As an omelet. Those are my favorites. Yesterday I made what I call an egg unsandwich. It's just two fried eggs with runny yolks with a slice of cheese and a fried piece of ham on top. Good eats!

Fried, with runny yolks...but still cooked on top (so not sunny side up) I like hard boiled, deviled, etc. Just no scrambled or omelets, I don't like when the white and yolks are mixed for some reason

@Ineeddentures don't know what that is? Hard boil egg, deshell, take out the yolks...mix that with mayo and mustard, seasonings (like salt, pepper, paprika) and put back on the white.

My fave would be scrambled, but also a fan of poached. I do not like eggs in water, but I make mine in the microwave with egg poaching cups.

I love any posible way. I suppose I prefer them scrambled in the morning. But I´m used to make omelettes with whatever leftover I have in the fridge. And when I´m lazy, I cook hard boiled eggs to eat standing at the sink as a snack.

Fried eggs. Do you have a roll and butter with them Put fried egg inside roll, both sides well buttered, squeeze together and eat , hopefully avoiding yolk squirting out of roll on to clean shirt

@Ineeddentures Yes, I do and I try to swirl the water round a bit then drop the egg in the middle of the swirl. That's a bit hard if you're poaching several.

@Ineeddentures Here's what the internet says: The name “deviled egg” comes from the 18th–19th century culinary use of the word deviled to describe foods that were heavily seasoned with hot spices and condiments Britannica+1. In that era, “devil” was used as a verb or adjective to mean “to prepare with bold, piquant flavors” — often evoking the idea of something so spicy it could only be eaten by the devil, a metaphor for the intense heat of Hell Mental Floss+1.

When it comes to how i like my eggs, it mostly depends on what i feel like eating at that moment. Most times it's usually fried with fresh tomatoes, onions and fresh peppers. I can use this to eat both rice, bread, yam, potato or anything. Then there are times i just have a regular fried egg for eating bread.

I just want them cooked. Soft and runny when fried, as mentioned. Scrambled dry. Hard boiled. Not sure I have ever had poached. I like omelettes and I like egg salad.

Poached eggs are great jt might need a bit of practise to perfect . I still get it wrong and Yvonne doesn't think it's funny Fried eggs in a roll, be careful or the yolk will squirt all over you, That's why Yvonne doesn't prepare me across egg rolls any more

I usually cook my eggs scrambled or fried. For scrambled, I like them well-cooked, slightly browned. For fried or sunny-side up, I don’t like the yolk too runny, but I also don’t want it too hard-just soft with a little bit of creaminess and some cooked edges. That’s how I usually prepare my eggs, but I also like poached since it’s healthier and doesn’t need oil. I’m not really into boiled eggs though-I don't know I just find them bland and boring to eat, if that makes sense. But if I do eat them, I prefer soft-boiled-not too runny, but not fully hard either.

@Ineeddentures Yes, the whites sets better around the yolk when you put vinegar.

When eggs are poached properly they are really good Do you lit vinegar in the water when you poach them?
