5/2/26 - Meals

Good luck with Cousin #3. I ate a chicken patty with mayo and sweet relish on a hamburger bun for breakfast yesterday (I heard Pretty doing something in the kitchen and hollered and ask what she was making... She said chicken patties and asked if I wanted one. I told her yes, please, so she fixed an extra one.), I ate an apple for lunch and had French fries with ketchup and mayo for supper last night.

Let us know if cousin #3 showed up as she promised. We had mushrooms ravioli for lunch and pizza for dinner.

Hopefully, cousin #3 actually shows up. I’ll think positively! Yesterday, I had a strawberry banana Oikos protein drinkable yogurt, a piece of pizza, Swedish meatballs and a pear.

Lemon butter chicken with rice for brunch. I ate the same for dinner but I added cauliflower. For my afternoon snack, I ate cheese roll.

Yesterday we were out and enjoyed a delicious meal while there. Our friend loves to prepare meat on the smoker, and did a brisket as well as ribs on the smoker, both delicious. He even did hot dogs on the smoker for the children, they looked delicious, I didn't have one but my husband did and he thought it was amazing, he wouldn't even consider it a hot dog. I had some of her beef spring rolls and noodles. She is from the Philippines and I love her cooking.

I do hope your cousin is able to make it, and the test results comes out good. As for what i ate, it was what we call okro soup and pounded yam.

In the evening we had Smart Choice Frozen dinners. Bob had old fashioned pot roast and I had some king of pasta with alfredo sauce, broccoli and chicken. At lunch I think I had a protein drink and some gingersnaps. Breakfast was 2 eggs, 2 sausages and toast.

I took a break from the diet, and got the new pizza sticks offering at Little Caesars. I opted for extra cheese sticks instead of jalapeno though. Hope it goes well with number 3.

I bet it would be nice to have some company.

Had my mom overnight last night, so I made a Mississippi chicken in the crock pot with a bed of hot, white Jasmine rice and a tossed salad on the side. Definitely all was good eats. How have you been?

Yesterday we had a watermelon that a friend brought over and we had that for breakfast. For lunch we had tacos and a fresh peach that the friend gave us with the watermelon. For dinner I fixed left overs from the fridge. Now the fridge is empty. The friend just brought over some apples. YAY!!!!!!

I hope she makes it
