Cousin #3 cancelled. Her husband woke up with a very sore throat; and she took him to Urgent Care. Turns out he has tonsillitus which is very contagious.
My SIL is coming to stay for 2 weeks in June/July. She plans on cooking quite a bit; so I will have hot meals!!! It will be nice to have company.
Brunch - PB&J sandwich, potato poppables, yogurt
Lunch - Meatless burger, broccoli, tater tots
Dessert/Snack - Brownie
Dinner - PB&J sandwich, sweet potato chips, yogurt
What did you eat yesterday?

I finished off the chicken salad I made the day before for breakfast, no lunch and ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for supper last night.

It's an ongoing thing with her. J will be coming over today (the new lady) to bring me my groceries, etc.

I am sorry that he is so ill, best that she keep her distance from you so that she doesn't spread the bacteria.
It will be really nice when your sister-in-law comes to visit, I know that you'll have a wonderful time together.
Yesterday I had fresh raspberries, strawberries and blueberries for my mid day meal along with a toasted peanut butter and banana sandwich.
I made poissin and chicken for supper with fresh asparagus.

We had fruit lol and I had a new pot pie. We had to go grocery shopping and I picked up my lunch for the week. While we were there the Marie Calendar pot pies were on sale and we grabbed a few different ones.
How do you have a meatless burger? A veggie burger?

@LindaOHio I've never really had one that I've liked and I have tried. Not for a diet change but just for something different. The Morning Star brand wasn't too horrible though. Definitely needs seasoning though.

You must really like your sister in law to allow her to stay for two weeks with you. I know you'll enjoy having company.

Bummer on cousin #3.
It will be nice to have home cooked meals. Is J going to stay at your house?

I was out and about yesterday, so I had a burger from McDonald's while I ran my errands. I hate having a sore throat. I hope he feels better soon!

Just now
Sorry he was sick with something contagious. That's good to hear about her coming to stay for 2 weeks in the summer. Pb and J sounds good, and the poppables.
