Forgot to tell you that the contractor was unable to install my Ring doorbell. I kept getting error messages on my phone. Sigh. J won't be able to come until Tuesday this week. Her daughter is having a procedure done on Monday; and J will be driving her there. My shoulders are getting to be so painful that it's unbearable; and I don't want to take a pain pill all the time. I don't want to go to another specialist; I don't want to have shots or surgery. I know...then I shouldn't complain... Breakfast - Granola bar Lunch - PB&J sandwich, low salt chips, yogurt Dessert/Snack - Nature's Bakery Brownie Dinner - Chicken strips, broccoli, sweet potato cubes, yogurt What did you eat yesterday? I ate a sliced chicken sandwich on sourdough bread for breakfast, I ate pizza rolls for lunch and didn't eat anything for supper last night.

That all sounds good. It's 5:50 am; and I'm getting hungry. Maybe when I'm done here I'll go ahead and have my lunch! lol

@LindaOHio Lunch at 6 am? It's only 4:55 am in Missouri right now. I just ate a chicken on a biscuit sandwich for breakfast today.

@DaddyEvil the pizza rolls sound good, In the heat and humidity I am usually down to one major meal a day and anything I can fix up quick,

These humid days put off appetite but a brisk wind is blowing and my fan is on so that helps, I had two pork sausage patties and scoops of cottage cheese, I know that is not your kind of meal but I knew I had to eat something,

So sorry about your pain. Maybe a physical therapist would help. Have you tried looking to see if there are any YouTube videos about this? Also you could try magnesium lotions or sprays. They really help.

@LindaOHio T Have you had tt xrayed? You could have a rotator cuff injury or something similar. In the interim try Magnesium spray.

I could try a YouTube video. The pain is so bad though that any movement is excruciating.

@snowy22315 It's in both shoulders. Probably arthritis. I really should get them X-rayed.

I had a baked potato for lunch, a small bag of Doritos at the course, and some watermelon and an egg white omelet for dinner. No applesauce, but I did have a real apple too.

@LindaOHio — I’m in the Smokies, then I’m going to make like Supertramp and take the long way home so I get back before the holiday weekend starts on Friday.

We had Chinese last night. I haven’t cooked since I’ve been home. So sorry about your shoulders. I would have taken care of it no matter what.

I haven't had Chinese in several years. Looking forward to it when my SIL comes in June. Thanks. I probably should at least have an X-ray to see what's going on.

@lovebuglena I will get notices on my phone that there is someone at the door; and I will be able to speak with them with my phone.

Kropsu and a banana for breakfast. Turkey and Swiss on whole wheat for lunch and home made pepperoni pizza roll ups for supper. Snacks here and there. There are many good topical creams that might help your shoulder pain. Using them is kinder to your kidneys.

What is Kropsu? My shoulders pop and grind and snap. I think they're really screwed up. I suppose I should get at least an X-ray done.

I hate to get tough with you Linda, but take that pill. Especially if you’re not going to have any procedures. I don’t advocate medicine for everything, but when you’re in that much pain, I sure do. I hate the thought of suffering so much. Yesterday, I had cantaloupe, a piece of bacon, some mixed vegetables, grilled shrimp, and a pear.

I know. Cousin #2 lectured me on taking pain medication before it gets to the point of being severe.

Sorry about all of that. I wish I knew what to say... I do get that, about not wanting to see another doctor, or specialist... that's why I never bring any issues up when I go for a check up. But hope you can get some help for your shoulders.
