No Cooking Tonight

Tonight is affectionately referred to as no cooking night here. We've always done that. My husband is picking up a pizza and brining it home for supper. It is so nice not to have to think of supper and then prepare it and clean up afterwards. We like pepperoni and ham on our pizza and also mushrooms on half of it. I don't eat the mushroom half, that is for him. What's cooking at your place for supper tonight?

I made my cottage cheese casserole so I could eat some pieces today andhave leftovers, The humidity and tropical heat does nto make me too hungry,

I can relate, I dislike eating heavy meals when it is terribly hot as well. Enjoy your casserole.

It is just so nice to have a no-brainer night. Nothing to think of to cook and nothing to cook, but still food to eat. Last night was salads and sandwiches, which was soooo nice, I love having meals like that.

That sounds yummy too. He picks up the pizza on his way home, and he should be long in a little while. I feel lucky, supper is on its way, and I am myLotting while my robovac is cleaning the floors. Its IS a good life right this minute.

We're not cooking either. I just bought a tuna salad croissant and tomato for supper. Hubby wants olives, feta cheese and a small croissant and a tomato. We're eating outside tonight while summer is still here.

Yum that sounds delicious. We used to have that on soft tortillas every now and again, but I haven't made it in a while. I should make some soon.

It's been over a year since I last had pizza, I used to love it but around here they are almost always soggy and limp which I don't like. I wish I could simply order a bowl of those toppings I like.

I would not be ordering any either if the only pizza available was not great. Last winter they changed the way they make their pizza at our place, and it was greasy. I asked them to cut back on the cheese by about half, as that was the reason it was so greasy.

We had pizza last Tuesday, yesterday evening for supper I made meatballs served with aubergines, bell peppers and red onions cooked in a little olive oil.

We're going to the clubhouse tonight and having fish and chips. One lady orders for 6-8 of us and we take it in turns to pick up the food. We alternate between fish and chips, pizza or Mexican.

I'll just order food later for my dinner since I'm feeling lazy today. Thanks to delivery app, i will just wait it outside my house. no need to cook food or no need to go outside. very convenient.
