At Home enjoying My Mortage!

For anyone who askes me what I'm doing this summer my answer is simple, funny and true. Everything is soo expensive nowadays that this summer il be at home enjoying my mortgage lol. I setup my backyard comfortable enough that I don't need to go anywhere, I have my grill and smoker, in ground pool open and running and that's more than enough me.
So if anyone ask where I'm at this summer, il be home enjoying the fruits of my labor lol.

Years ago, when we bought our home in Switzerland, we did the same, we vacationed in our garden and it was a great vacation.

I understand that one completely. Someone actually asked me what I was doing for summer this year and honestly I haven't been asked that since I was in school. I replied that I will be doing what I always do, train, work, clean and maybe find time to be with friends lol. Special plans stopped happening a long time ago.

Understandable! Thankfully, I’ve lived in my house for 37 years (made the first payment 37 years ago today!), so it’s paid off. I can enjoy NOT having a mortgage payment.
