I'm about 5 days behind with Discussions. I fell asleep while MyLotting yesterday. I don't know how long it will take me to catch up. The painters are supposed to start today; but they are predicting rain this afternoon. Breakfast - PB&J sandwich Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Hamburger, potato wedges, baked beans, pears Dessert/Snack - Brownie, nuts Dinner - Turkey/cheese sandwich, chips, cherries What did you eat yesterday? Pretty fixed me something yesterday morning but I couldn't tell you what it was. I fixed hamburgers for lunch yesterday afternoon and Pretty made fried green beans to go with the hamburgers, then asked me to cook steaks for dinner last night. I slice up a huge sweet Mayan onion and fried it to go with the steaks. It was delicious!

I haven't been on for almost a week myself. I've been working on my nutrition with protein and fiber being my main thing. Breakfast was a protein bar, lunch a 25 g Greek yogurt mixed with a scoop of vanilla 25g protein, 1/2 muscle milk and a medium banana, dinner was 1.5 cups homemade chili beans topped with a bit of cheese, cauliflower veggie tots and a snack of watermelon.

I hope it does not rain and the painters can start painting. We had pasta for lunch, cottage cheese and apricots. For dinner I made salmon with dill sauce, potatoes and asparagus followed by gelato.
