Sorry I was MIA again. I've been so tired and have been vegetating a lot....and sleeping a little bit. I've also been in a lot of pain; but that's normal around here, right?
I can't reconstruct my meals for the past 3 days. We did have Chinese Wednesday night. I bought 2 dinners; so I also had one last night.
The auction people are gone until Monday. They still have quite a lot of stuff to inventory. The painter is making slow progress around the house.
Today we are going to Longhorn Steakhouse to celebrate SIL's birthday on Saturday.
The time has really gone by quickly. SIL will be leaving on the 3rd of July.
Finally found an organization that will pick up donations for free. They are coming on
Monday.

Gotta do what you gotta do. Sounds like you are getting all the stuff you've missed. Particularly pizza and Chinese. Onward and upward.
Let's see...what did I eat? I'll go backwards because it's easier to try to remember. Last night it was a pork loin roast with broccoli and a Knorr side on the side. The night before we had Tyson chicken sandwiches with fried potatoes and salad on the side. The night before I think we had Salisbury steak with baked potato and green beans—or was that the night we had the braised pork?

@LindaOHio When it comes to sub sandwiches, Subway is always my #1 favorite. I always get the Subway Club with all the fixings and vinegar and oil.

Long horn is one of my favorites. I am obsessed with the Brussels sprouts!! I don't do much these days, Kasey insists I go with her to get me out of the house. lol I'm perfectly happy in my room in my recliner!! I've become terribly boring !!

I made the sauce I like with melted butter, soy sauce, and Thai sauce and poured it over chicken fingers and baked them with some fries, Then finished up my ice cream, Hey, next Saturday I order groceries where did the time go?

@LindaOHio and listening to everyone here from the time I inquired about how I should order groceries my freezer is still pretty well stocked, Beside the tropical heat does not condone a lot of eating also. I might order four cartons of ice cream and work it fromt here,

Seems like you still have a lot going on which is good I guess. Making progress. Glad you finally found a place to donate your husband’s stuff to. I still haven’t tried to make an appointment to donate my old clothes that’s been sitting in the garage for a long time. I know I have to get rid of this stuff, especially because I will have to vacate this house soon, but I just can’t bring myself to do it.

I’ve been at Chuy’s every day, so you know what lunch has been. Wednesday and last night I mixed rice and broccoli, Wednesday with cheese and last night with spaghetti sauce. Fake sorbet on Wednesday and applesauce last night. And the fiber bars!

Glad you found an organization that will pick up donations. You mentioned "free" I always thought all these organizations picked up for free. I have Purple Heart that picks up my donations and I have stuff ready to go out this upcoming week,

No need to apologize for being MIA. It sounds like you’ve had a lot going on, and when pain and exhaustion pile up, sometimes “vegetating” is exactly what the body asks for.
