vikingswest That's just how I see it too. No amount of surgeries, make up, hormones or fake eyelashes will make a person born as a male, change into a female.

NJ Chicaa Biological sex and gender identity are 2 different things. No a person with XY chromosomes cannot “be” a female.

vikingswest But he isn't a female. His chromosomes are still XY. Surgeries and hormone treatments can't alter a person's sex. Jenner can live life as a woman but it doesn't make him a woman.

Eva James I have a male cousin that is very very feminine acting. We seen that by the time he was 10 years old. He does identify as male but gay. So I figure if I could tell he was gay at that young of an age then yes, people can feel they were born the wrong sex.

vikingswest @sjvg1976 So you don't like him, I get it. I like him because the guy isn't a politician, is worth 6 billion dollars and doesn't have to put himself through all the abuse he takes. He could live a life free from conflict but chooses to stand up for America...
