That si great to hear. I am glad to hear that it workds really well for you. I always try to be frugal too and buy all in one products when possible.

Hydrogen peroxide! Don't laugh...seriously, I wash my face with hydrogen peroxide!My landscaping & tiling are both very dirty jobs, and I have used every toner, cleanser, I think, on the market, and was still being plagued with blackheads! Yikes, at my age! One night after reading about hydrogen peroxide on; www.greenlivingtips.com, I thought, why not try it! Used the expensive cleanser I had on hand, then removed the rest of the grit/grime with hydrogen peroxide...same with soap! So now, it's just hydrogen peroxide on a clean washcloth, and then a moisturizing organic cream by Yves Rocher! I have eliminated cleansers & toners, for a big bottle for just $1.29...and have sparkling clean skin, and it seems to work like a toner, too! I won't say it will work for every skin type...but is my saviour! Cheers!

I have read that nothing you put on your skin should not be eatable. So I use olive oil to clean my skin, liquid Vitamin C to replace a toner and avocado oil to moisturize my skin. Keep all oils in the frig to keep from turning rancid.

I know the product that you are talking about. I would like to try a tinted moisturizer too, but I have q hard time finding one that doesn't make my skin even more oily. If they have one that has an oily skin formula I may consider trying that.

I don't know if this tip is considered as frugal as a three in one product, but what I have found over the last few years is that instead of buying the name brand types of cleansers, toners, moisturizers and masks, I have started using the non-name brand ones. Like when I go to WalMart I pick up the Sam's club brand or even something cheaper. Instead of the St. Ives Mask and scrub that would have cost like six or seven dollars for both I ended up buying this brand called Queen Helene's Mint Julep mask and then a Walgreens brand apricot scrub that works just as well, actually better than the St. Ives brand apricot scrub. Instead of six or seven dollars they both ended up costing about $4.25 for the two products and make my skin feel great.

I do not use a moisturizer, nor makeup. I will use a little lipstick and that is all. I heard that if you eat lots of tomatoes and tomato sauce you will not have to worry about the sun damaging your skin. And since I love Italian I find that I do not have that much trouble with sunburns or the upc damaging my skin. I used to use sunscreen but found that since I only tan slightly and burn slightly I do not need it.

rfl, that is a good product, but my frugal beauty tip is to eat healthy and drink a lot of pure water. Healthy food often costs less than heavily processed food, but it takes an awful lot of time to prepare, so sometimes one asks oneself if it is worth it, but for radiant glowing good health and a nice complexion, too, of course it is worth it.

I had something like that from Avon, I wanted to get some more and they don't have it anymore. This is a good idea and it probably looks so much more natural then foundation. I rarely use makeup, never have. I have always had such a hard time finding a good foundation to use. When I have bought foundation and it just didn't look good I would mix a little with some moisterizer and use that.

I only wear moisturizer that has spf30 in it. It is Aveeno Positively Radiant too! I like the way it makes my skin feel. Very soft and supple. I had the good fortune to find it a one of our local dented can stores and only paid $1 for it! I often shop these stores in search of bargains.

Hmm...Have short hair! Thats my tip!

I've personally found that with long hair i spend more money on things like shampoo, conditioner, styling products and like hair accessories. I wish i had short hair again so i could save some money.

I will be going back to short hair eventually - this long hair thing started out as for my sisters wedding, then because my boyfriend liked it and now I need it to be about 6 inches longer so i can have it cut and donate it to cancer. I had hoped it would be long enough this spring for relay for life but its not.

PS i like Aveeno products - the only one i havent liked when i tried was their sunless tanning which well turned me orange.

I've got an even more frugal beauty tip ..... don't buy any of them and invest in a sun hat instead!

I'm kidding of course, although that's what I do. If I wore a foundation type product myself though, I imagine that this would be a really convenient buy and it would probably tempt me. It's a timesaver when you're getting ready too I guess, just applying one product instead of three.
