Some neighbors are really insensitive. This morning, our neighbor's dog next to our house is kept on barking. I waken up by it and felt cranky. They cannot even stop their dog from disturbing other people. When I checked from the...

I woke up around forty and took my dogs for a morning walk. What shocked me is that when ever I take one out they all end up crying and do jealous barking.
So what I did was they mostly transferred at the back while I take them...

I've seen it too many times. A child running around a restaurant, bus stop, grocery store, etc. The younger they are, the worse it is. It only takes a second for them to disappear.
Apparently a child at the Atlanta airport...

Yes the picture is real! I got a leash and harness for my rats. I don’t have any intention of taking them on any walks though. Splinter, who is in the photo, likes to run around on my bed. The leash is to keep a hold on him...

Society has gotten to the point that I want to go live in a cave somewhere in the mountains. People can't get out of their car and walk into a store, restaurant, etc., because of drive-thru windows.
I guess all across the US,...

Honestly, I never have seen or tried to walk a cat in our neighborhood. Since Shadow is a fast-growing whisker, I am planning to buy a leash with a collar. I am not sure if he will like it or not. At the back of my mind, it would...

No, I'm not talking about the ones that mistreat their pets. I am talking about the ones who let their dogs loose without a leash to roam the neighborhood. The dogs get into things, poop in other peoples yards, nip at heels of...

Hello Lotters,
Usually my dog is on leash because of the visitors who are mom's friends and colleagues that visits her more than once a day. Also, she doesn't want the dog kissing or licking in any part of her body. Before, she...

Some pet masters will not use the leashes when they go out with their pets. I think this is very irresponsible since it will easy to lead to an accident for the pets. Some pets will run away suddenly and they may meet the car...

Sometimes I feel that the pets, mostly dogs and cats, don't want to be put on a leash because it makes them feel like a prisoner or that they don't have control. I know they are just animals but sometimes I feel that they are...

One of the most fascinating experiences in my life happened when I was young. I saw the neighbor lady across the street from where I lived walking her two cats on a leash. I was so curious that I followed her, without letting her...

Ok, I must admit I am fired up about this one. I'm sure you have all seen these, they look just like leashes for PETS but people use them on CHILDREN. Generally it is a leash or cord type thing attached to what looks like a...

Has anyone out there ever tried to leash train your cat? I was wondering what you did to be successful. I travel alot and take my cat when possible. The cat carrier, of course, is fine, but there are sometimes road trips in car...

Me and my daughters had a blast and we do not even have a dog! It started out with just a couple pairs of dogs and by the time we left, two hours later, there was like 20 big dogs (2 great dane! 6 huskies might I add). I just love...

i agree with leashes when you are walking them etc. but to put a dog on a 6 foot chain and left in a yard is just wrong in my eyes. i know aperson that has 2 dogs that she keeps on chains in the fenced back yard. the chains are...

Have you ever used a leash or harness for your child?
I did for my twins. We bought the harness that could either go around their body, or around their wrist. Mostly I used the one that went around their wrist because it was...
