Renovations are still going on at home. The guy is doing the stairs leading to the third floor. He is doing every other step so we can go upstairs without ruining what he does.

Ended up going to Walmart..I was out of Mexican Street Corn Cheetohs. LOL I am addicted to them. Anyway..they are re-arranging the Walmart down the road from me. They moved the jewelry section over close to the grocery section....

Our renovations are still going on. We finally got the backsplash for the kitchen but the contractor is working on the walls downstairs and so is not doing the tiles. And he still has to fix the ceiling that the kitchen install...

Breathing a little bit of a sigh of relief. I was not allowed to go in, but I peaked and saw the floors cleaned up...and the color looks a whole lot better. I still prefer the ones I have now...but I can live with the other...

Many of the residents are not looking forward to the renovations.
The colors they are choosing for the floor are ugly; plus they are laying them in the wrong direction. Clearly it shows they have no design experience. Contractors...

Yesterday, my husband and I visited an old farmhouse that was built in 1900. The set-up was quite different from a standard home. There were so many rooms to see. We called it the maze house.
