Last night I went to bed and could not go to sleep. Got back up at 11:43 p.m. (only know the time because of the time of the message I sent a friend about not being able to sleep).
Thankfully, I am not working today.
Tomorrow...

I sometimes have trouble falling asleep. Sometimes I lay in bed for one to three hours before I fall asleep.
I talked to my doctor and she said I could take Melatonin to help me fall asleep.
I bought some Melatonin last night...

Had trouble sleeping last night and woke up early to boot. Don't know how well I'll do today as far as getting things done, but aside from the man picking up those beanbags, I don't have anything pressing going...

Lately some nights my body just won't shut down. That's what happened last night.
So, I got up, went to the living room, had some tea and...

I don't always sleep well and am usually up a few times over night. The odd time when I'm really tired I do sleep well but not always. I have developed a few tricks to make me sleepy, which may help you too!
The first thing I...

What do you do when you have trouble sleeping?
They say that if you can't sleep after 20 minutes of lying in bed, get up and do something for about 5-10 minutes, then try again. What do you do when you can't sleep?
