Anna @2ndchances24 - I never drink sodas, I always buy sparkling bottled water, I am trying to drink more but it's hard. I keep also plain water in the refrigerator, I add a slice of lemon and it's a good healthy drink.

Kayla Tsukino @2ndchances24 I know what you mean. You also have the contrast of what a person thinks and feels they can do, and what they actually can do. I'm always watching out for asperation risk, and watching what he eats and drinks.
