Getting anything done with a Government be it for permissions, or licences it is a pain. They will ask for documents whicfh we may not have and the work remains at a standstill If we need any documents that will take ages...

I have a dongle that I use to get myself connected to the Net Last few days it gets disconnected off and on Yesterday was the worst. I ony hope my data is not being robbed if at all that is possible I have written to the ISP...
