I had some Curtis Stone salmon for my lunch/dinner. I put unagi sauce on the salmon. Delicious. Baked along side a baker potato. Plenty of butter and some pepper. What a meal!

I have felt bad for years when toward the end of the month our cupboards can be rather bare. But recently I find it to be a good excuse to fast a bit. Eat the vegetables without the meat, have canned food instead of fresh, etc....
