Four Walls Absolutely not. Someone tried to explain to me that it’s great because it’s based on “market value.” In other words, “somebody” says it’s worth $100 today. The same “somebody” can say it’s worth nothing tomorrow. I’ll stick with cold hard cash, thank you.
