DE @pahak627 Keeping stray animals out of the garbage is the reason we have containers by the street. The containers have lids on them so no animal can get at the bags we put in it. Both ways should work well

DE We place our garbage in a container by the street and I only hear the garbage truck emptying the container around 4 to 5 am once a week. Pretty usually takes our garbage out when we're leaving the house and I've placed a full trash bag beside the front door.
