At least my Nissan Xterra is of some use to somebody.

So there it sits. In my driveway. I can drive it around the apartment complex. But it will sputter out if I take it on the road.
But it has found a new use. As a roosting place for our local wild turkeys. Maybe if they sh*t all over it it will suddenly realize that it is supposed to be involved in more noble pursuits.
The biggest turkey around is me. For thinking I could get this thing up and running and not have to depend on my Chevy Silverado, which was supposed to become my "ranch vehicle."
The Lord works in mysterious ways.

Uhm... tell Kitty you'd like her to bring you one of those for dinner.

@TheHorse Maybe she doesn't think you're worth getting into a tussle with something that big.

@DaddyEvil She seems to prefer smaller victims.

Why do they love your car so much?

@lovebuglena Maybe my truck is the "TV room," while the trees are the "bedroom."

@TheHorse I see the trees in the pic. They must provide shade for them. Maybe that's why they are there.

This is so sad. That truck looks like it's in great shape.

They look happy on it. Maybe open the windows so they can get inside if it rains

What a cool shot! Don't let them s**t on your car too much. That stuff is corrosive.

interesting that the horse's mechanical horse system sputters out. sad, in the send of impact, but well written and interesting for contemplation.
