I think I will bake a banana bread this week. I haven't done this for a few months.
But now that the weather is getting colder, it seems like the right time to make and enjoy a banana bread.
I would also like to make carrot muffins soon as they are very handy when needing a little dessert.

I do not like to put frosting on them at all.

@marlina I've always wanted to make banana bread. I really love it especially when it's squishy and moist. So yummy!
Enjoy!

I just threw away 3 overripe bananas and I should have made banana bread but I didn't even think of it.
I like to make muffins when the weather gets chilly (without frosting) and have it with my morning coffee. Carrot ones are really good but I'd eat any kind of muffin

@marlina that's a great idea!! next time I have overripe bananas I'll freeze them instead of throwing them away and then I can make banana bread or muffins at my leisure

I tried to find some banana nut bread this morning. I was in the mood. None were available and I didn't have the ingredients to make it myself. I don't care for commercial frostings but I do make my own occasionally. Depends on my mood.

One of my co-workers baked some banana bread and brought it in to our office yesterday. It was absolutely delicious. It's been quite a while since I had last had banana bread, so I enjoyed several slices.

Banana bread is excellent. My mom used to make it. A great use for those extra bananas before they spoil
Bananas are rich in potassium and vitamin B6. Banana bread made with these fruits contains a good amount of these nutrients

Banana bread..you make me drool.
I am not into baking. My younger daughter is. She has not baked recently due to all her engagement at Pre University. I will ask her to bake a banana honey cake soon. I like it without frosting

They are yummy as they are and do not need frosting. I made two loaves of banana bread and I believe that home made goodie is part of why my hubby is feeling better.
