Our housekeeper didn't come yesterday. Her husband had a sleep study; and they found that his heart slowed down to 35 while he was asleep. They ordered an emergency appointment for him. I don't know what the outcome will be. Hubs lost his cell phone. He's only had it a month...don't know what we're going to do about that.

Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Hot dog, beans, Mandarin oranges
Dessert/Snack - Lemon muffin and decaf coffee
Dinner - Corn dog and potato salad

Carol will love the meme as she is a big fan of Eeyore.
I would contact the cellphone provider and see if you can have them pause the service on it and advise them that it is lost.
We had homemade calzones for supper last night, they were really delicious.

@FourWalls How strange that you would be allergic to one part of an egg and not the other. I'm fortunate not to have any food allergies. Just lactose intolerant; and there are pills for that.

I hope your husband finds his phone! Saimin, with slices of Spam and sprinkles of green onions. I added, shiitake mushroom & seaweed to the soup. Filling. I had 4 pieces of blueberry pancakes, so munched on 2 of them for dinner.

That has to be a scary thing for her, AND for him of course. I hope they can figure out what is going on and find a remedy for it.
For dinner I made a bit of an oddball—or not, depending on who you talk to. I took some ground beef and browned it, then added onions, green peppers and corn with a little bit of soy sauce, beef broth, garlic, oregano, a can of diced tomatoes and a couple other minor seasonings, made a brown gravy sauce in it and served that over a bed of hot, white rice.
