Today is the day that @FourWalls and I will meet. Should be fun.
The focus group study I was supposed to do was postponed by the client.
The Mega Millions jackpot is up to $910 million.
I got a shock to the system when I sent a very small package to London. The United States Postal Service just had another price increase (which I knew); and the package cost $27.85 to send!
Breakfast - Granola bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken Alfredo, bread stick, noodles, cauliflower, broccoli and peaches
Dessert/Snack - Brownie and decaf coffee
Dinner - Granola bar
What did you eat yesterday.

@GardenGerty - Now I check the Amazon online store in the country where I have to send a gift and I buy there and they deliver.

I haven't turned on the news yet this morning, so I hadn't heard about the jackpot.
I'm sure it was a shock to spend that much on a small package to London.

My food yesterday was a little different again. I didn't have time for more than a banana before I left for the hospital. There were Danishes on the table at Bible study, so that was my breakfast. Lunch was pot roast. I set it up before I left for the hospital and enjoyed it when I got home. My snack was Chocolate Double Fudge Moose Tracks ice cream that I shared with my friend down the hall. It was a good day, and I kept my calories within budget.

Oh yum. Moose Tracks is delicious, and I forgot about it. I know I don't need it, but now I want some!

Everything sounds good except the salmon. Hubby likes salmon. I find it too strong.

I started to send a package to Mauritius but when I was told it would cost almost $30 to ship it, I changed my mind. (I was just sending a box of candy that cost less than $1.)
I ate a bowl of beef and noodles for breakfast, ate some Nacho cheese soup for lunch and had a peach that was as big as my fist and some Rainier cherries for supper.

Sending packages is expensive. I have to think more than twice about doing it these days . . . and I try to plan by weight (by buying super light items which isn't always possible). We have to win the MegaMil to send packages

I went to Old Carolina BBQ in Kent, and their pulled chicken sandwich was soooo good! Had vinegar cole slaw with it. Turkey sub for dinner.
