I don't like movies like The Nun or The Conjuring or anything like that. I don't like to jump every 5 minutes.

@porwest Now that I'm alone, I avoid movies like that or movies about home break-ins, etc.

I would have to say thriller, especially psychological ones. But I do like comedy, horror, romance, etc as well.

@MommyOfEli2013 We don't go to the movies. We wait until they come on TV. Saw 80 for Brady on a streaming service. Wasn't impressed.

I haven't seen a good movie in a long time. I don't care much for most of the new ones.

@LindaOHio Usually it's a DVD that one of the residents lends the group but we have had some very recent ones.

@LindaOHio Some of them. But like the old horror ones you are going I know how they did that. And that takes away some of the fun

@lindaohio For me it’s Bollywood, especially the early stuff. Or French and Italian 1950/60s. I love movies where nothing ever happens.

I've never seen any of those. Seeing a movie where nothing ever happens would be challenging!

Generally I like a good action/thriller or rom-com. However I would probably watch almost anything as long as it isn't sci-fi or horror

I think the only one you have listed that I don't care for are the paranormal movies. I will watch an action movie with hubs; but it's not my favorite.

My husband LOVES Hunger Games. He watches it any time it's on. I haven't seen more than one or two new movies that I liked. The 80s had a good run of movies.
