4/24/25 - Meals

It seems like everyone you come in contact with wants to spend more of your money... Uhm... I had a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast and two slices of pizza for lunch. I slept through the evening so didn't eat anything for supper. OACAC sent a guy today to replace our bathroom fan and the light in the center of the bathroom ceiling. He had to run new electric lines through the attic so I had to clear out my closet for him to get into the attic. I found some of the things we couldn't find since we moved into this house by doing that. Unfortunately, when the guy was finished, the ceiling light in the bathroom still didn't work. He said they'd have to send another electrician in about a month to run new wiring from the fuse box in the laundry room through the attic and hook everything up correctly before it would work. At least we're getting closer to having things fixed right.

I hope that you could get someone to clear the garage door soon. Here, we do get these people do it by paying a little extra to them Your meals sound good. I had a filling breakfast of millet dosa ( pancakes) with loads of vegetables and a spicy coconut chutney. I will have my lunch in another two hours.

You have been super busy taking care of things. Don't forget to save some time for you and a little "me" time!

You might have to hire someone to move stuff in the garage. Ugh! It's always something, isn't it? Have a wild weekend.

I had cheese pizza yesterday for supper. You sound like you live in Alaska's outback where there isn't any hired help.

It’s good that the monuments people are coming to your house to pick out the headstone. Saves you the trip and the hassle. I hope it won’t be too expensive. I guess the garage people need stuff out of the way if they replace the door. Bummer that no one can come and move the stuff for you.

Chicken soft taco & rice for lunch (across the river, because I delivered some subs to my brother), lentils & rice for dinner. And yogurt and apples and peaches!!!!

You need to hire someone to clean the garage.

Seems like a lot of people with big appetites are gleefully dining out of your fridge. Yeesh. For dinner we made kebobs on the grill at the campsite with buttered baked potato on the side. Good eats.

They all want something done

I can't remember what all I ate yesterday but know I grazed and not ate real meals. I was working on a lot of things to catch up before heading to pick up my daughter from the hospital and stay with her in a hotel until her husband gets off work and can take her back to Oregon.
