Just read that Bobby Sherman died. Another artist from my era. So sad.
Cousin #3 came over last night and cleaned out part of a bookcase, table drawer and spent 1/2 hour on the phone with Medical Guardian. They sent two new units and neither of them work. I am close to changing companies if this next unit fails. Cousin #3 and her husband may come over next Wednesday to put the cabinet together.
Spoke to gravel man yesterday. He's doing OK. I asked him for prices on mulch and landscaping stones.. He may be able to give me cheaper prices than the weed guy.
Got the final picture of the headstone. It looks really good. I have approved it.
Got the final illustrations for my book. I am still not happy. They just can't see my vision.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken Cordon Bleu, mashed potatoes, carrots, applesauce
Dessert/Snack - Lemon blueberry muffin
Dinner - Turkey/Provolone sandwich, generic Cheetos, string cheese
What did you eat yesterday?

Good that things are getting done with all the help from your cousins and those professionals. Calling and following them might be annoying though.
Your meals sound good. I am going to have lunch once my younger daughter comes back from her exam. We are waiting for her.

Sounds like a productive time, sorry about your book and not being happy with the illustrations.
Cordon bleu is good, haven't had that in a long time.
We tried the new stuffed crust from Dominos. Then had ravioli for dinner

How was the pizza? We stopped going to Dominos when they changed their sauce years ago.

@LindaOHio Didn't know they changed their sauce. It was pretty good though. Pizza hut is still the best when it comes to those kind of pizza places.

It seems like all these latest medical devices have problems. My husband has quit using his Dexcom for monitoring his blood pressure. He was getting them in and they did not work, or would go haywire in a day or two.
Yesterday we had lunch at Golden Corral before errands and picked up Gyros at Arby's on the way home for dinner.

@LindaOHio He switched over to a fitness watch. The only problem is it isn't as accurate and doesn't give you the alarm when blood sugar drops. He just has to get into the habit of checking it every so often.
I have to say that some Golden Corrals are good and others are horrible. Ours is pretty good and has regular customers that we see just about every time we go. The waitresses are very nice also and help serve those that need help. Different atmosphere than most places for sure.

Sorry to hear about your hubby's Dexcom. I have a 3rd device being sent to me. If that doesn't work, I am changing companies. I have yet to eat at a Golden Corral. Too far away.

You're still getting lots done, that is great.
Yesterday, I had a protein shake for lunch and made us sirloin steak, baked potatoes, mushrooms, glazed carrots and a piece of garlic bread and cheese for each of us. We finished up the fresh strawberries and had them on shortcakes.

@LindaOHio When we get our quarter of beef it used to be that the roasts and steaks were the first cuts that we would exhaust, leaving the ground beef and stewing beef left before that quarter would be finished. But now it is the other way around. I do not know how we will get through all of those steaks.
I may have to stock up on the cuts that we are low on until it is all gone and then get my next quarter.

@LindaOHio I’m assuming you’re paying for this. If so, you shouldn’t pay for something you don’t like or want. Don’t approve it.

My contact doesn't agree with me. He's siding with the company of course. I have approved 2 illustrations that I'm not happy with.

You have quite the assortment of good and bad things happening. Last night we finished off the sausages with peppers and onions. Broccoli for the side and a bowl of frozen cherries.

I hope you can get a medical alert feature that works for you. My Apple Watch has a feature that notices when there's a fall and demands a reply if I'm okay. If it doesn't get it within 30 seconds or so, it will send a notification to 911 via the phone. Pretty cool! My ADT security system also comes with medical alert features available.
I had chicken taco for lunch, Boca burgers for dinner, fiber, yogurt, and two batches of fake sorbet (tropical fruit and strawberries).

My necklace pendant has fall detection. It went off when I was changing clothes and it fell about a foot when I was pulling my top over my head. I quickly pushed the button to cancel the call. At least now I know it works!!!

Hope things continue to fairly smoothly with the cousins and that you get a better price from the gravel guy.
Sorry that you're disappointed with the illustrations for your book.
Your meals sound good. My daughter talks about making chicken cordon bleu but I think that's probably something for colder weather. Last night we had ham, baked potatoes and roasted carrots.

It's been about 3 years since I've had bacon. A BLT would taste so good. Good girl with the chocolate.
