@LindaOHio I just haven’t had much appetite, and I’m trying to really spread out everything over the rest of the month. I promise you though, I’ve never been hungry. I may not eat too much, but I’m completely full.

Nothing new here, either... Both eyes are open and I can see right now...
I boiled a dozen eggs and peeled them tonight. I've been craving chicken salad and turkey salad lately... I'd have to thaw some turkey so I'll probably make chicken salad tomorrow. (Pretty won't eat it, though.)
I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast, cooked beef and pork together and added some to what was left of the cheesy rotini pasta I made a few days ago and ate that for lunch, then ate the remainder of the steamed veggies I had left from day before yesterday and added some of the beef and pork to it. Then ate an ice cream cone for dessert.
I hope you're having a wonderful night.

Good morning. I'm so glad your eyes are better. I will be over for the chicken and turkey salad. I also like egg salad and deviled eggs. Do you know who Joe Jackson is? Do you like the song Steppin' Out? I have it playing in the background. You have a wonderful night as well.

@LindaOHio I'm sorry, I don't listen to music. pony always gripes at me because I know very few songs and don't listen to music.
Thank you... I've only used the medicated eyedrops three times but it seems to be helping.
You'd be more than welcome to come over and have chicken and turkey salad. I haven't made deviled eggs in 30 years since Pretty doesn't like eggs. I don't normally make something like that just for me. If you come over, I'll make deviled eggs while we visit.
Thanks. I always have good nights... I've been reading a new book download tonight.

@DaddyEvil I'm so glad the eye drops are helping. I would enjoy visiting with you. I'm listening to music while I'm MyLotting. In addition to 60s and 70s music I like some 80s music.

Last night I scrambled a couple of eggs for protein and baked two little potatoes. I smeared pesto on the potatoes. Boiled carrots, too. Today friend says she is coming over to walk with me. Painters say they will be done today!! Just have to return to put the pediments up.

Well some days are like that. Understandable. Today I saw my cousin who I don't see often anymore since our grandparents passed away. He called his sister who is living in South Korea and woke her up since it was 4 AM for her!
Sloppy Joe sounds good, if it doesn't have certain things on it. Potato wedges mmm. I forget what I ate yesterday lol

In my dreams, I am very energetic. Then I wake up and it is hot, and I am lazy. I am the music leader tomorrow at church. My brother and sister in law may come back from her family to be at church and lunch with us.

When it's that hot it's best to be lazy. I hope you have lunch today with your family.

No excitement. Family plans got altered.
I had the rest of that cookie Marie baked for me, chicken taco, rice & broccoli, grilled cheese, applesauce, blueberry sorbet, and yogurt. Not in that order, but….

@LindaOHio - I was more than disappointed, because in the past IKEA had an excellent quality and a very good restaurant. I will not go anymore.

I made the mistake of having a bunch of rocky road ice cream. It was so good and I had 3 dairy pills with it; but they weren't enough!!! I'll be going back to oat milk ice cream.

Nope, my weekend looks quiet and uneventful. My daughter left this morning for a weeks vacation with friends so it's just me and the pup. Half of me is happy to have a week of "me" time but the other half is going to miss her company.
Last night we had chicken strips, baked potatoes and broccoli,

I have absolutely nothing going on this weekend either. It's just too dang hot. We've had heat advisories for the past two days, and it doesn't look like it's cooling off anytime soon. So, my plan is to just stay in the house in the nice cold A/C.

Sometimes no news is good news. I haven't had a sloppy joe in a long, long time. The last I can remember was during my college days, but I sure like them, lol.

I had a protein shake that gave me intestinal distress, kids' meny steak bites at Texas Roadhouse (no bread!), a bag of protein chips that I ended up having an allergic reaction to, and 2 protein bars. Oh, and some bacon.
