The Cleveland Browns beat the Carolina Panthers last night 30-10. Maybe there's hope yet for the Browns this season.
Do you watch football? Which team do you support?
I am able to use my husband's old phone to replace my phone that died. The sim cards just need to be switched. I am going to have cousin #3 do that for me this weekend.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, peaches
Dessert/Snack - Banana chocolate chunk muffin
Dinner - Buffalo chicken/Muenster sandwich, chips, chocolate frozen yogurt

I am not really into sports at all. I will root for teams like the Milwaukee Brewers and the Green Bay Packers. But I only watch if the wife has it on, and usually, if she does, I find something else to do. lol
For dinner I made a batch of Innovasian orange chicken, slightly modified to my tastes over a bed of hot, white Jasmine rice. Good eats!

I do follow football especially the Commanders. They aren't off to a good start, but 30 of their best players weren't playing. I had cereal,a Greek salad, chicken thighs with peas and bite sized potatoes..yummy

That's quite a win. I don't watch or follow any sports. Never was interested. I like the horse races and I used to watch some car races but that is about all. I even like baseball a bit too. I hope you team wins.

No interest in football, but I saw that there was a serious injury in the Lions game, and the teams just stood on the field after “play resumed” because nobody wanted to keep playing preseason game. Finally the NFL office called the game. Do-dos. 
I didn’t want garbage three days in a row, so I had a couple of fiber brownies that held me until I got out of the Grand Canyon. I ended up in an “Indian Trading Village” that had a delightful restaurant. I had a grilled chicken wrap that was so big that I took half of it with me and had it for dinner.

I'm sorry to hear about the injury. I"ll never forget the first glimpse of the Grand Canyon. It was majestic; and what struck me was the utter silence. No trees to rustle, no birds to chirp. Very cool.

I do not watch any sports. I had shredded wheat for breakfast, fruit and donettes for a snack at the inservice. They served us a baked potato bar for lunch and I just snacked for supper last night. It is too hot to think about meals.

That is great that you can resurrect his phone to use.
I remember when you bought him that one.
Yesterday........lunch was a garden salad, supper was slow cooked round steak, potatoes, gravy and corn.
It was more of a cold weather meal than not, but it was a nice change from summer food.

My husband's phone got washed in the laundry at the rehab facility; so I had to buy him a new phone. It's hardly been used.

I'm a Jets fan but have always liked and followed the Browns. Glad to hear they got off to a good start. I remember the great Jim Brown in their glory days!
