Gravel man called me yesterday and asked if I wanted to go skinny dipping. He's trying too hard. He's trying to make me laugh and get on my good side in the hopes of getting into my bank account. I'm so disappointed. He also called to tell me he will be going into the hospital for a day or two on the 22nd.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken breast, rice, spinach, carrots, tropical fruit
They had a couple of extra frozen dinners; so I got those. I must be at the end of the route because I always get the extra food.
Dessert/Snack - Fiber brownie
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, veggie straws, yogurt
What did you eat yesterday?

I thought it was too good to be true because I"m no longer young, skinny and hot. lololol I am old and fat and ugly! I couldn't imagine what he saw in me. Now I know. Sigh.

Linda, you may not be young, but you are not fat and ugly. Plus, you have a big heart and genuinely care about others, which in my book means a LOT.

I guess the question for me is, where would you even GO skinny dipping? Seems like an odd request anyway, honestly, especially in the beginning. I think overall you might be dodging a bullet here, just my two cents worth. lol
For dinner I made a kielbasa stir fry. Very good eats. Of course, I never had any doubt. Made that dish a million and one times.

@porwest I could be totally wrong about him. We shall see when I tell him definitely no to the investment.

Don't feel sorry for him going into the hospital. Trying too hard is a good sign he is up to no good.

@LindaOHio .......That's too bad. Better you learn who he really is now before rather than getting involved with him.

@celticeagle I thought I had found a new male companion to watch a movie with or something like that. Sigh.

I ate boiled pork bone stew for breakfast, and Indonesian Instant noodles for lunch. For dinner, a cucumber and apple salad. Plus, roasted chicken for protein.

I notice that this gravel man keeps on bothering or annoying you. Is he not tired of doing it?

@Nakitakona He was only being nice to me so that I would give him money.

@LindaOHio He is business wise. Well it's up to reconsider his offer if you think it's feasible.

I went to Lexington yesterday and had a chicken & cheese-stuffed baked potato with my niece (who had a pulled pork-stuffed baked potato). I had beef stew-on-bread, peach applesauce, fiber, and yogurt for dinner.

That sounds good. I don't mind canned chili. I can't eat it anymore because of the beans and sodium.

Sorry about all of that with him. That's awful.
Extra food is always nice...if it is something you like and can have anyway.

I am proud of you, Linda, for trying so hard to change your diet. You’re doing a good job! Looks like you found a replacement for the chips and the muffin, too.

One of the problems is the Meals on Wheels lunches. There are a lot of things in them that I'm not supposed to have.

Maybe it's time for another type of meal service. It might cost more, but would probably be better for your health. There are services here that do that...they even deliver the meals every week and put them in your freezer, etc. if need be.

@MarieCoyle I'll have to check out the ingredients of other meals. They can't be high in sodium, potassium, protein, etc.
