My book is now on Barnes & Noble and Amazon. I wish my hubby was still alive to see this.
Cousin #2 will be taking my shredding to the free shredding event today and then doing a few things for me.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing, green beans, Mandarin oranges
Dessert/Snack - Fiber brownie
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, veggie straws, chocolate yogurt (not bad)
What did you eat yesterday?

Thank you very much. I love polenta. My mother used to make it with pork chops.

@LadyDuck That sounds good. I love beef stew with sour cream and French fried onions. I usually hate onions; but for some reason they are very good that way.

That is great about your book.
Sounds like a productive day ahead?
I am about to head to bed myself.

@MommyOfEli2013 Yes. She even took me to the cemetery to see the new headstone. A very sad time for me.

For one of our meals Friday, we had cobb salads I bought when we shopped. It was a large helping for each of us. When we run errands and such during a meal time we get food that is prepared at the store. I think I had peanut butter on whole wheat toast with a banana for breakfast. We just snacked for supper, I believe.

Which book are you talking about? I'm glad Cousin #2 is helping you and I hope you get one of those two girls you had spoken about to come and help you.

Yay! Wishing you success with the book! What is a shredding event? Do you bring stuff there to shred or do you bring stuff you already shredded yourself?

Thank you. My township had a free shredding event. The truck was parked in front of the township building. I had 5 large bags of shredding. It was nice not to have to shred all of it myself.

I had a slice of quiche as well as one half of an acorn squash with apples in it. So wonderful. It was cooked perfectly too. You could even eat the skin. That is super about your book.

Best of luck to you with your book. I also published my two books of poems after my hubby passed just to keep busy. However, I know that our guys are up there and they know and are proud of us. Not too hungry I had a ramen noodle soup with meatballs,

I ate entirely too much yesterday. Texas Roadhouse pulled pork and 1/2 of a yeast roll with cinnamon butter. 5 protein bars. A Hershey bar.
