I have decided to give cousin #2 my car now. I have no use for it; and I'm just paying for insurance, tags; and it doesn't get driven often enough. She's going to sell it to Carvana to finance her Florida move. Still no word from #3. She posts on Facebook every day but doesn't have time to call me. There was a mouse in the house yesterday. I'm so pissed. I was hoping they would stay down the basement where the traps and baits are. Breakfast - PB&J sandwich Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken breast in gravy, biscuit, scalloped potatoes, mixed veggies, pears, 70% dark chocolate Dessert/Snack - Natural brownie, peanuts Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, veggie straws, yogurt What did you eat yesterday? With all the trouble you have with the cousins, I'm not sure I'd give either one of them anything. They're very annoying! I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast yesterday and had a hot ham and cheese sandwich for supper last night.

I already promised the car to #2; and I have no use for it. I regret giving the house to #3; but the will is redone.

@LindaOHio The will can be done again. I'd find a charity you like and give the house to them. Just make sure it's a GOOD charity!

We agree on the cousins. If I were her, I'd call Carvana myself and take the money. And yes, I'd change the will as well.

I honestly agree with @DaddyEvil, those two cousins do not deserve to have anything from you. A mouse in the house is really annoying.

I think it is good to get that car moving on out. Why should you be tagging and insuring it.

With all the money you paid Termiix would raise He'll. If they refuse to help you out I would go to the BBB.I made a cauliflower soup yesterday was quite good.

I have pesky palm tree rats running about; they are tiny. Anyway I had some tater tots and chicken strips,

Yes, it makes no sense to keep the car when you are footing the bill for insurance and tags, etc. Plus, cars need to be driven and it just gets the occasional drive down the road and back. As for a mouse in the house AGAIN, call your exterminator right away before you have dozens of them! It is said that for every one you actually see, there are more that you don't see. Besides, they can eat wiring, and cause illnesses, etc. You don't need that.

Sorry to say but I have to agree with the other comments here. Redo the will again especially since she can't even bother to return a call. As for the car I'm kind of in the middle about giving it to the cousin to sell. Maybe I would have aske for half of the money. Anyway, I hope it all works out for you Linda and you have to do what you feel is right.

You are very generous. I made a simple chili last night for supper.

The next time your technician shows up, tell him to do an inspection upstairs and maybe install a couple bait stations where there are clear signs of activity. Just one extra step. For dinner, wifey came back home yesterday and so I made baked chicken thighs with buttered kernel corn and baked potato on the side. Good eats, and glad to have her home.

I think I agree with what everyone else is saying. Sorry about the mouse though, that is awful.
