Got my permanent filling put into my root canal. I'm so glad that's over with. He did a nice job. I can't even feel where the filling begins on my tooth. It's really smooth.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken Alfredo, spaghetti, broccoli, cauliflower, peaches and pears
Dessert/Snack - Natural brownie, unsalted peanuts
Dinner - Frozen Pot Roast dinner (Not too good; and there's enough for another meal)

I'm glad he did a good job on the filling.
I ate a hot ham and cheese sandwich for breakfast, had steamed mixed veggies for lunch and some pizza bites for supper last night.

I do not keep very good track on my days off. I do know that I made steak for us last night as I had gotten some on the "Manager's Special"(aka clearance section). With it we each had half a baked potato. I sauteed mushrooms, peppers and onions to go with it. Peach Praline pie for dessert. It is a relief to have a good dental job done.

Glad that’s over.
I had the usual for lunch, and an egg white & turkey sausage breakfast meal for dinner, along with that peach applesauce doubling as peach jam on some toast. Yogurt and grapes and fiber!

Last night we had chicken strips, baked potatoes and carrots.

We had pizza last night, and I had bought some pumpkin muffins at the store, so I enjoyed a couple of muffins.

Glad to hear your tooth is in tip top shape. I would be glad that's over too.
For dinner, of course, as you already know, I made chipped chicken, a.k.a. sh*t on a shingle. Very good eats and definitely filled the bill. I made a ton of that too and so between the soup and that, our three chicken dinners will likely become 5 or 7 when all is said and done, and I MIGHT turn the SOS into a casserole making it stretch even farther. We'll see.
