Cousin #3 will be coming over on Saturday to help me out. She said that she could fill in for the new lady on Saturdays when I need groceries, etc.
Gravel man and I have established that he won't be getting any $$ from me; and he will be coming over to watch the new Jurassic Park movie with me some time in the next week.
Breakfast - Oatmeal bar
Lunch - Meals with Wheels - Sweet and sour pork loin, rice, red cabbage, peas, banana
Dessert/Snack - Veggie chocolate muffin
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, no salt chips, yogurt

I´m glad that you have unpaid aid. That is almost a miracle lately. Yesterday I ate a last piece of meat, sandwiches made from the groceries I bought on Wednesday and some asparagus with mayo. Today I´ll order more pork meat because it is on sale.

I went over to the Clarksville Chuy’s (right across the river from Louisville in southern Indiana, technically closer, mileage-wise, to me than the one I normally frequent) and had a chicken taco salad. As usual, the “half a salad” was so big that I had it for lunch and dinner. Fiber, yogurt, peaches.

I hope it works out and Gravel Man behaves himself.
What did I eat yesterday...and the day before? Not much. I was just too stressed out, I think. I remember some toast and a green salad. Today I will do better.

It's just been a hard week. It will get better.
The main thing is that you take care of yourself. I am glad you still have one cousin that will be there, I hope she makes a good effort for you.

So he was a money grubber in the end. Sorry to hear it, but glad you dodged a bullet.
For dinner I used up some of the "red sauce" we got with our egg rolls from our Chinese food and poured it over some seasoned pork loin chops, and we had buttered glazed carrots and baked potato on the side. No complaints.
